I'm not here to tell you what you already know. I'm here to do the slower, more careful work of helping your body actually believe it.
Three things every client gets every time
Not 'add-ons' or different packages. Just how I work, with everyone, whether you eat plants, animals, both, or neither at the moment.
Weight-inclusive, always
I don't view weight as a problem to be solved, and I'll never put you on a weight loss diet. Healing your relationship with food doesn't require shrinking your body — and pretending otherwise has done enough damage.
Meets you wherever you actually eat
Vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, somewhere in between, or still figuring it out — I work with all of it without an agenda. I won't pressure you to change how you eat in any direction. If your food values matter to you (whatever they are), I'll take them seriously as part of the work.
Somatic and body-based
Talk therapy alone can take you only so far. As a Certified Befriending Your Body Teacher, I bring nervous system regulation strategies and somatic skills into our sessions so the work moves from your head into your actual body, where it has to land for any of this to feel different.
