  • Maybe you understand all of this intellectually, and you're tired of how much it still hurts.
I'm not here to tell you what you already know. I'm here to do the slower, more careful work of helping your body actually believe it.

Three things every client gets every time

Not 'add-ons' or different packages. Just how I work, with everyone, whether you eat plants, animals, both, or neither at the moment.

Weight-inclusive, always

I don't view weight as a problem to be solved, and I'll never put you on a weight loss diet. Healing your relationship with food doesn't require shrinking your body — and pretending otherwise has done enough damage.

Meets you wherever you actually eat

Vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, somewhere in between, or still figuring it out — I work with all of it without an agenda. I won't pressure you to change how you eat in any direction. If your food values matter to you (whatever they are), I'll take them seriously as part of the work.

Somatic and body-based

Talk therapy alone can take you only so far. As a Certified Befriending Your Body Teacher, I bring nervous system regulation strategies and somatic skills into our sessions so the work moves from your head into your actual body, where it has to land for any of this to feel different.

I'm Taylor and I get it

I'm a registered dietitian with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and am a Certified Befriending Your Body Teacher.

I work with adults, mostly women and non-binary folks, who are done with diet culture but still don't quite feel at home in their bodies.

Some of my clients see me for my expertise in plant-based nutrition, while others are here for my somatic approach to disordered eating (some need both). None of them get a meal plan or a weight loss pitch from me.
Our work together is slow and considerate. You're the expert on your body.

Personalized, ongoing support. Telehealth in select states or in-person in Hinsdale, IL. In-network with BCBS PPO and private pay available.

Self-paced. For vegans (or vegan-curious) who want the foundational vegan nutrition science without diet-culture noise.

Whenever you're ready

I see clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 11am–5pm Central Time. Openings are rolling. Send an inquiry whenever the timing feels right for you.
